ABOUT MY BUSINESS
Hello, My name is Chelsea Parrish, a creative director and motion designer based in Los Angeles. I help lifestyle, wellness, and editorial brands turn complex ideas into clear, engaging visual communication.
With 10 years of experience, I've learned that the best creative work starts with listening, which is why the first step in my process is a strategy session where you talk first! I want to hear all about your vision and ideas.
I work with purpose-driven teams to understand their audience, develop concepts that connect, and bring those ideas to life through thoughtful design and animation. I specialize in the lifestyle and educational spaces, including food and coffee, wellness, travel, and mental health, as well as children's television and entertainment-led content.
How I work: I typically partner with clients on monthly retainers (15-25 hours per month) or on 3-6 month contracts. This allows us to build a creative partnership rather than just executing one-off projects. My process includes creative strategy, concept development, art direction, design, and animation.
